Mango Beach Towels only accepts returns for gently used items purchased through www.mangobeachtowels.com. If you purchased a Product item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
If you purchased a product online and it is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, return or exchange it for free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it back at our store for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
When you return your purchase to mangobeachtowels.com by email within 14 days of receiving your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.
